Hiroshima commemoration

On the 80th anniversary of the first use of nuclear weapons, we once again remember so we won’t forget that nuclear weapons pose an abiding threat of global annihilation.

The one-hour ceremony will include music, a spiritual reflection by Rev. Daniel Green of Trinity Episcopal Church, the reading of the City of Ashland proclamation, and the water ceremony.

Mt. Ashland’s new trail could lead to a spike in bike tourism
