We’ve heard this word bandied around over many years now, and how much do we understand what it really means? In this lecture, Tanya shares her own experience, explores the importance of being ‘embodied’, what gets in the way, and ways and gems to live in a more embodied state.

Biography:
Tanya is an Educator and Therapist with 37 years of experience teaching, training and exploring cutting-edge bodywork, sound, energy and mind therapies. Specializing as a Brain Gym® Educator for over 20 years, she led many seminars, conferences and training courses for schools, colleges, parents and professionals. Tanya is also the Founder of Qi-Gym, a movement and mind re-set class that distills her life’s work into a transformative experience.
